DINING AREA: Just off of the living room is a dining table that seats 6 people comfortably.
LIVING ROOM: There is a large living room with a couch, chairs coffee table, television (local channels only), DVD player, CD player, ceiling fan, and woodstove.
BEDROOMS: There are 3 large bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, one includes a queen size bed and dresser, and the other 2 each include double beds and dressers. Each of the bedrooms includes the necessary bedding needed for your stay i.e. pillows, blankets, and sheets. The maximum sleeping capacity is 8 people.
LAUNDRY: There are full laundry facilities adjacent to the kitchen. There is also an outdoor clothesline is you would prefer to use it.
SCREENED IN PORCH: A screened in porch with a couch is located at the front side of the house.
BATHROOMS: There are 2 bathrooms, both are 3 piece. The one on the main floor has a toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower, and one on the second floor has a toilet, sink and shower.
WOODSTOVE: There is an airtight woodstove located in the living room that can be used on those cool or damp nights.
WATER SOURCE: The water is filtered through a UV unit which was installed in 2006 ensuring safe drinking water. However if you wish to bring your own water a water cooler is available for your use.
BARBEQUE: There is a propane barbecue located on the back deck.
LARGE DECK WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS: There is a large private deck which faces the back of the property which includes a patio table, chairs and umbrella.
OTHER ITEMS OF INTEREST: There is a great hanging hammock, and a small children’s castle.
OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: Recreational “campfires” are allowed at the designated fire pit area.
PARKING: There is ample parking for your vehicles.
PETS: Small non-shedding dogs are allowed however we are sorry that cats are not allowed.
